The Gran Cru “Croce di Febo” is an intense green that has a tendency to have golden yellow reflections with aging, it has a fruity aroma with a smell of fresh herbs and hazelnut and a round taste that brings to mind the flavour of almonds and green olives with a slight bitter note and a spicy finish.
This extra virgin olive oil is suitable with a starter fish, meat carpaccio, porcini mushroom salad and it improves the flavour of roasted fish.
