The biological farming business "Croce di Febo" is a family management business, where the owners personally take care of the vineyard and the wine production.
The farmhouse is at the top of one of the most attractive hills of Montepulciano, where the micro climate and the soil composition are ideal for vine and olive farming.
The name of the farmhouse "Croce di Febo" comes from a cross found in the grounds, which was erected by a mysterious character Baldassarre Audibert during his pilgrimage through the holy places of Tuscany in the 1840's.

The farming business was born in the mid 90's, but only in 2006 we began winemaking and oil bottling, after a long period of study and searching for the special craftsmanship that is the basis of our organic farming philosophy.
The farming land covers 38 hectares: 2,5 hectares of olive trees registered with Dop Terre di Siena and 8,5 hectares of D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. vineyard.
